  Absolutely everything, from the kind and understanding reception of Mario, the host, to the rooms themselves and the amazing breakfast selection, everything was very very high quality. Mario was very helpful with any doubts or questions we might’ve had about the stay or general topics. The property has an amazing view and very pretty rooftop to enjoy the sunset on a summer evening. Loved every second of our stay.

  We really enjoyed our stay here, Mario was the perfect host and made us feel welcome. Mario also helped as when our flight was a late night one we asked if we could keep the room for the day to give us more time to pack and a place to keep our belongings while we made the most of our last day. The breakfast was lovely everything was laid out for whenever you fancied to go up and have it. The terrace was gorgeous and so much prettier than you could think.

  It is a very clean property, that has the best host I’ve met. The bed really comfortable, bathroom very clean and really close to the metro, bus and tram. We had a perfect time there, the host Mario was very friendly and helpful all the time!

  Everything was excellent, Mario the owner is an exceptional friendly and helpful person, who gave us the best suggestions how to get to the attractions of Rome. For the breakfast we got every morning some delicious surprise.
  We will come back again to him for sure at our next visit to Rome.

  We were greeted with a very warm welcome from Mario and we were made feel at home right from the start. The room was very clean and had a lovely view over the garden. The location is a little out of the city but close to the tram and bus stop so wasn’t that much of an inconvenience. The breakfast was great and had something different each morning. Would definitely recommend this place thanks again Mario for a lovely stay.
