  The location was perfect – very close to the historic center – this made it very easy to get around to the sites. Monti is a great area.
  I also liked the space and its furniture. The primary bedroom was very spacious for all of our luggage and travel items. There was a pullout sofa for our son (which they put linens on for him) – he found it to be to hard so he slept on the cot that was also in the apartment- softer mattress.
  It was a little noisy out on the street but it is an urban environment so that is how it is in the city – not a big deal for us.
  The patio was also a lovely addition to the property.

  The apartment was spacious, the AC worked great and the washing machine and drying rack allowed us to bring fewer clothes. Bonus the street ended at the Coliseum! We able to get pictures of the Coliseum at night.

  We stayed here (family of 3 with small child) while visiting Rome for sightseeing. The location is super convenient to sites like the Roman forum, Colosseum, Palatine Hill, etc, and a short walk to Pantheon, piazza Navona, etc. We really liked the neighborhood, which was lively with lots of restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby. The apartment is very clean and very spacious. Loved the shower. Luca and Andrea are very responsive and gracious hosts and we really appreciated the option to arrange airport transportation through them.

  The apartment is great, it has everything you need. The location is very good too.
  We arrived 6 hours late due to a delayed flight and reached the apartment after midnight. The host was extremely understanding which we appreciated very much.

  Luca sent fab instructions on where the flat was and how to gain access. The apartment was spacious, well furnished and had everything we needed (including kitchen equipment). Location was great – near to the colosseum and trevi fountain.
