  Overall, the staff was friendly and I felt safe. The room was clean and tidy. They were flexible with my check-in, which was great for my travel goals. It was easy to get to the hotel from the airport by train and to walk to major attractions like the Colosseum, Pantheon, and Trevi Fountain.
