  Clean, very close to Vatican City and Metro

  Well equipped room. Eletric blinds and external blinds, TV with apps such as Netflix, built-in speaker for Radio and USB in the bathroom and room, built-in LEDs on the ceiling, confortable mattress and pillows, table with a chair with kettle, two water bottles and two little cakes.

  The room and the hotel was clean and pleasant. The host was so friendly and gave us good recommendations for restaurants and visits. The location is not so close to the main places by walking but it is so close to the metro.

  Near to metro and you can get anywhere in the city. near to Aura Mall and there is a supermarket for basic shopping.

  The room looked nice, a bit dark, but we spent most of the day visiting the city, so we didn't mind that. It was also clean.
  The property is close to Vatican, about 25 min walk. On the other side of the road there is a shopping center, where you can find anything you need, from clothes to food and other stuff.
  The staff was very nice, responded to all our requests almost immediately, the check in was very simple.

  Everything was sparkling clean, refreshed every day, we have literally never stayed in a B&B this clean. Simona was lovely, very communicative via whatsapp, super easy to check in 24/7 with a lock box set up and easy to get in and out. The location while being a little further out of the centre is quiet and easily accessible via the Metro/Train/Bus directly across the road, and if you are vegan like us you are walking distance from one of the best vegan stores in Rome as well as a vegan restaurant. We appreciated the cold showers with amazing water pressure and the hose bidet. There is also a little fridge in the room which is perfect for keeping your water cold. The room also had a safe in it which is always a bonus.
