  Very comfortable, very clean. Easy access to Rome via local bus service. Handy to have a fully equipped kitchen. The owner was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was lovely around the corner as part of the deal. Would recommend to others and return ourselves.

  Host was very friendly. Accommodation was great, everything new and modern, and most important, extremly clean. It has everything you need. Location is also nice. It is connected by bus to every location you would like to visit. I would definitley stay here again and recommend it to everybody. It is great value for the price.

  The place is excellent! Really near to the metro station and lot of stores – including a supermarket across the street. The infrastructure of the apartment is amazing – very well-built and comfortable. Marco, the owner, is simply a gentleman – very nice and kind with the guests. Highly recommend this place!

  I recently stayed at an apartment on Via Acaia in Rome, and it was an absolute delight! The location is perfect, with all major attractions accessible on foot, and there is a convenient bus stop nearby for those who prefer public transport.
  
  The apartment itself is spotless and beautifully decorated. The hosts provided a lovely welcome gift, which was a nice touch. The breakfast included croissants, coffee, and juice—simple but sufficient. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals, making it feel like a home away from home.
  
  Overall, this apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and charm. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Rome!

  Clean and beautiful newly furnished rooms, a comfortable bed, a new bathroom, and well-organized common areas with equipment (kitchen, etc.), worth the price, in a solid location with good public transport connections to the city center.

  We loved going for our morning walk around the corner to have breakfast, the staff were very friendly and it was great to sit outside to enjoy our breakfast and watch the locals walking there dogs

  First of all Marco was an excellent host, friendly, prompt and helpful. Location was great, small walk (approx. 15min) to Re Di Roma Metro. Room was absolutely spotless clean, and had all the facilities you needed.
