  Nice B&B, very clean and modern with self check-in. We liked the secured private parking space. B&B is literaly 1 min walk from the train station.

  Beautifully decorated modern room with ensuite toilet/shower with a shared kitchen and patio. Breakfast was included in a nearby bar (via the station) just across the road. And very helpful in booking taxis for us.

  Check in was very easy. The room was very clean and organized, and it was a short walk from the train station. Very reasonably priced. It's a little outside the city, but super easy to get to if you take the train from Tiburtina to Settebagni. No complaints!

  I definitely recommend this villa for a comfortable holiday. we had a cozy and spacious room with a private terrace. The room is very clean because the staff cleans it regularly. On the territory of the villa are a mini kitchen and a place where you can enjoy a cup of coffee. The territory of the villa is large, beautiful and well-groomed. Flowers and trees delight the eye. The train station is located one minute from the villa and it is very convenient to get the center of Rome by train. If you return late from the center, then buses also reach the villa.
