  Clean, modern room. Lovely bathroom. Very well equipped. The location is about 10 minutes away from the center of Trastevere (by foot), and you have tram and bus stops right next door, very easy to move around the city. Confortable bed and pillows. I would say very good value for money.

  Everything was excellent! We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay! And Francesco was really helpful!
  Area is quiet during the night and really close to the city centre. Trastevere is a vibrant district of Rome so the room was close to excellent options for restaurants. Connection to Fiumicino airport was easy as well. If we come back to Rome for sure we would prefer this cozy B&B.

  An excellent boutique hotel with three rooms. The staff, represented by Marghe, was very helpful and always stayed in touch. A special thanks for the restaurant recommendations for dinner. The room had a minibar with complimentary drinks and a bottle of wine.

  The apartment was amazing. Clean, comfortable. We have everything we need.
  The location was great. Calm. 40 mins on foot to Vatican, 35 mins to Coliseum. We don’t use the transport, we walk anywhere on foot.

  We were allowed to leave our baggage before check-in.

  The room was new and beautiful with a quite nice view from the window, as well as the bathroom. Francesco welcomed us, showed everything. There were a botte of red wine waiting for us and 2 italian beers, coke, fanta, water, nuts & snickers in the fridge (for free of course). We also got coffee machine in the room. Beside that there were toothbrushes with toothpaste in the bathroom, hair dryer and even hair straightener! Don't need to take anything with you (besides clothes and good mood!). Breakfasts were really fantastic: cereals, yoghurt, milk, variety of fresh foods, butter, boiled eggs, sandwich, juice, pastry, coffee, tea… We were truly amazed! We would definitely come back!
