They’ve got the full spread — continental options, proper Italian coffee (thank goodness), and a buffet setup that doesn’t feel picked over by 8 AM. What I really appreciated was the breakfast to go option, because sometimes you want to grab something quick and head out to beat the crowds at the Vatican. The staff seems to understand that travelers have different rhythms, and they work with you rather than against you. This flexibility makes a real difference in your overall experience.

  The hosts were super friendly. The rooms were very spacious by Roman standards and everything was spotlessly clean.
  
  This is a fifth floor venue but there is an elevator, and the rooms are quiet despite the busy street below.
  
  Fresh coffee or tea was available for breakfast, along with croissants, yougurt, fruit, and juice.
  
  The Ottoviano Metro station is around the corner and the Vatican is only a few hundred metres away.

  The Apartament is located nearby Vatican in quiet area. The room was clean and nice, well-secured. The breakfast was also quite good.
  The owner was really helpful from start (reservation) to end (check out).

  Very clean, spacious suite, with a lovely balcony for views of the city. The shower is amazing! Valerio is a wonderful host who recommended places to visit (in addition to the obvious attractions) and eat. Breakfast was included in the shared kitchen area, which was a nice touch. There are plenty of restaurants and other shops nearby. The apartment is located within a ten minute walk to the Vatican City, and 5 minutes to the nearest underground station – although we chose the 30 minute walk into Rome as the weather was super! We would definitely stay here again when we return to Rome.
