  I recently spent two nights at this hotel, and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The owner's warmth and kindness set the tone for a memorable stay.
  
  The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the inviting aroma added an extra touch of comfort. What stood out to me was the owner's generosity – despite having a late-night flight and the standard checkout time at 10 am, they graciously allowed us to store our luggage in the guest room. This thoughtful gesture allowed us to make the most of our entire day without the hassle of carrying heavy bags.
  
  The level of hospitality displayed by the owner truly made a difference in our stay. It's rare to find such genuine care and consideration. I cannot express how grateful I am for this exceptional experience.

  All important things (metro, bus, restaurants and supermarkets) were within easy walking distance. The room was very spacious and modern. Communication was great, our check-in and check-out times were taken into consideration. Every morning there was a small gift for breakfast, very friendly.

  This accommodation was perfect for my stay in Rome. The location is excellent – only 3 minutes from the subway, making it easy to get around the city. At the same time, it's possible to walk to many attractions, with the Colosseum just a 30-minute stroll away.
  
  The room was exactly as advertised – clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the generous closet space and the comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a blessing in Rome's summer heat. The bathroom was fresh and well-maintained.
  
  The hosts deserve a special mention. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, with quick and smooth communication both before and during the stay. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free, and they were always available for questions or if I needed help with anything. The little extra service of croissants for breakfast was a nice touch.
  
  The area felt very safe and was surprisingly quiet for being in a big city. There are several cafes and restaurants nearby, although I often ate in the lively Trastevere area.
  
  Overall, I can highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Rome. It offers a perfect combination of comfort, location, and service, which made my Rome stay a fantastic experience

  This was one of the best guesthouses I have ever stayed in. The room was lovely, clean and a good size, and the shared kitchen was perfect too. The design and decor was also cute and interesting. Even though my flight was delayed, and I changed the check in details, the staff were very understanding and accommodating. In the neighbourhood we found many fantastic local restaurants and authentic coffee bars, away from the touristy city centre. Also, the guest house is next to the metro station which will take you to the city centre quickly.
