  Amazing staff, great location. The room was perfect for two adults, clean and there was a very comfy bed. I couldn't ask for more. Really recommended.

  I had a wonderful stay at Sweet Home! The apartment was very comfortable – a cosy bed, excellent soundproofing, and lovely toiletries in the bathroom. Everything was spotless, and the place remained warm and dry, which was especially appreciated during the rainy, humid days. It was always a pleasure to return here after exploring the city.
  
  A big plus was the kindness of the hosts, Francisco and Claudia, who were always available and attentive. Breakfast was a typical Italian selection (mostly sweet), but there was also a decent scrambled egg, bacon, and cheese option.
  
  Another highlight is the location – a great neighbourhood for experiencing local life, with delicious restaurants, interesting bars, small supermarkets, and even a lavanderia if you need to freshen up your clothes. Transport links are convenient, with a tram to Termini station and a bus to the historic centre.

  It was unique staying in a building built in 1925. It had so much character. The inside was decorated very modern and stylish. Extremely clean! The manager/owner, Francesco, was more than hospitable!

  The location is very close to the bus stop from where you can take the number 81 and reach all the most important tourist locations including all the way to the Vatican.

  It's rare to find a guesthouse that looks exactly like its photos, but this one amazed us with its authenticity. Not only is everything beautifully decorated, just as shown in the pictures, but it is also exceptionally clean and carefully maintained.
  
  The staff are the kindest I've ever encountered in Italy, always available to assist with any needs. It was especially thoughtful of them to reach out in advance to arrange a breakfast tailored to our dietary preferences and to surprise us with traditional cookies from the guesthouse at the end of our stay.
  
  The guesthouse is housed in a stunning historic building with a charming front yard, located in a peaceful and safe neighbourhood with excellent bus connections to the city centre. A perfect choice for a sweet weekend getaway in Rome!
