Great Host. Very helpful. Clean and comfortable room. The neighborhood was wonderful. Metro is an easy walk. The breakfast was perfect. Would highly recommend this place and we can’t wait to return someday.

Friendly and helpful owner, good location, clean room and comfy bed, extremely good value for money. Breakfast was good and convenient (good coffee, great pastry), also friendly people there.

Frankly, I don’t like this kind of accommodation, B&B. In our case it was agreeable exception. Host Federico (my greetings!) was very kind and helpful. He met us when we lost our way and followed all our wishes during our stay in Rome.

Breakfast at the local cafe was amazing.
Bed made and fresh towels each dayKristina from Russia (10/10)
Probably the best choice for this budget. The host is welcoming and willing to help. The room is clean, and the pillows are very comfortable.
Chaplinska from Netherlands (9/10)
Absolutely wonderful place! The location is very convenient and you can reach all the monuments on foot or use the metro (an 8-minute walk). On Saturday morning, a farmer comes to the street in front of the house and brings fresh vegetables and fruits (very, very tasty). You can get breakfast in a bakery-cafe popular with local residents (sandwich, croissant or other sweets and a drink). There is a large shopping street nearby. The apartments themselves have a comfortable bed, air conditioning, a shower with two modes, a large mirror. Cleaning takes place every day, as well as changing towels.

Great communication with (I guess) owner, nice clean room, a bit far from all the sightseeings (but that didn't bother us, we were expecting a lot of walking). Water bottles, juice and coffee available at the shared kitchen in common area. You get the coupon for breakfast (lot of sweet pastries), which is across the street in the local coffee shop. Interesting, old elevator in the building.
David from United Kingdom (10/10)
In a small café about 60m from room, used by locals great quality for breakfast.
The room was excellent much better than we expected, stayed in some awful places before.
Federico the owner met us outside on arrival, helped us with our luggage and explained how everything worked. He was always available by phone.
There is a great restaurant below and a wonderful supermarket. Bus 649 outside of the shop takes you to the main terminal.
The room was quite no noise. Free Wi Fi brilliant. Will defiantly stay again.William from United Kingdom (10/10)
The breakfast was amazing. The cafe across the road was excellent as it also acted as a bar on the evening which was good for me as I love my beer. But the coffee (as a Brit who only drinks tea) was amazing and I have always loved the care and attention that Italians have for their coffee. The sandwiches and croissants was just what we needed for the morning to last us for lunch.
Our host's communication was excellent and his English is fantastic. There was nothing that could've been done to made it better. And I will be stopping here again in my next stay in Roma.Emilija from Latvia (10/10)
amazing place, very good location, very friendly owner! maybe best place to stay in Rome .
