Suites Rome Overview
First Impressions
Walking up Via Della Croce to find Suites Rome, you’ll honestly feel like you’ve stumbled onto a movie set — this street is ridiculously charming, with its narrow cobblestones and that distinctly Roman buzz. The property sits right in the Spagna district, and I mean right in the thick of things. You’re literally a two-minute stroll from the Spanish Steps, which sounds touristy until you realize how perfectly positioned you are for everything else. The building itself has that understated elegance that four-star Roman hotels do so well — no flashy signage, just quality that speaks for itself.
Location Magic
Here’s what I love about this spot in Rome — you can walk to the Pantheon in about eight minutes, hit Via del Corso for shopping without breaking a sweat, and still feel like you’re staying somewhere locals actually respect. The Spagna metro stop is practically around the corner, but honestly, you probably won’t need it much. Couples absolutely rave about this location (they’ve rated it 9.9, which is pretty much unheard of), and I get why — there’s something romantic about being able to wander these streets at night and stumble back to your place without dealing with taxis or long walks.
The Suite Experience
The room setup here is what sets this place apart from typical Roman hotels. These are actual suites, which means you get proper living space — not just a bed crammed into a historic building. The layouts feel thoughtful, like someone actually considered how real people move through a space. You know what surprised me? The bathrooms are genuinely spacious by Roman standards, and the windows let in that gorgeous Italian light that makes everything look better. The furnishings strike that perfect balance between classic Roman style and modern comfort.
Morning Routine
Breakfast here is continental style, which in Rome usually means excellent coffee and pastries that put most places to shame. They also offer breakfast to go, which is actually brilliant if you want to grab something and eat it on the Spanish Steps or in one of the nearby piazzas. I appreciate that they don’t try to do some elaborate buffet — they focus on quality basics done right. The coffee alone will spoil you for whatever you’ve been drinking back home, and the staff seems to genuinely care about getting your morning started properly.
Why Guests Love It
That 9.5 rating isn’t just about the location (though that 9.9 location score is pretty incredible). It’s about feeling like you’re actually living in Rome for a few days rather than just visiting. You can pop out for gelato at midnight, watch the city wake up from your window, and never feel like you’re missing out on anything because you’re staying too far from the action. The staff gets that people choose this place because they want to experience Rome properly, and they seem genuinely invested in making that happen. It’s the kind of place where you’ll find yourself planning your next trip back before you’ve even checked out.
Hotel in Rome reservations spike before fashion week when runway shows fill historic palaces.

Jonas from Thailand (10/10)
Just in love with the B&B atmosphere and the room. The service was very well organized for being a B&B. Everything was perfect.
Kristy from United Kingdom (10/10)
Excellent location. Secure apartment on the first floor. We had a family room which was spacious. It was clean, tidy and the extra touches such as free toiletries and drinks (soft drinks, spirits and Prosecco) were appreciated.

Everything was beyond our expectations. The room was comfortable, super clean, they offer without extra costs drinks, snacks. The staff is very nice and attentive. Every time I stayed in Rome, I thought I was in a great location. This location was truly ideal. You cannot do better than that.
Julian from Spain (10/10)
The room includes beverages, coffee and more, which is excellent after a long day walking. Staff, Mauricio, is very friendly.
Jia from Singapore (9/10)
Great staff to help us with staying into the property. And the self-help bar with all the alcohol if you want to be a bartender while you are there.
Gary from United Kingdom (10/10)
Very convenient location with an excellent host
Alison from United Kingdom (10/10)
Brilliant location, close to the Colosseum, the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain, and Vatican City. Lovely room. The free mini bar was a real treat, and so were the snacks. However, they were topped by the lovely Maurizio and his partner. Communication was great and I would very much like to return someday.
Cheongha from South Korea (10/10)
It was so perfect. First, the host was so kind. And breakfast was awesome. Room was big enough. I visited Taormina at November when it was not crowded so I can park just in front of the B&B with less price than parking lot. I really recommend this B&B. I will stay here if I go to Sicily again for sure.
