  A very nice place, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect – 10 minutes walk from the coach station. There is a nice cafe next door to have breakfast. The host was very friendly and helpful, always in contact on Whatsapp. We got very clear instructions how to get to the hotel and check in.

  The property is of high quality finish, super comfy bed, massive TV, right across Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore (one of the Holy Doors for Catholic travelers), 7 minute walk from Termini, 20 minutes walk from Colosseo and other tourist attractions, surrounded by gorgeous tiny Italian cafes and restaurants, the supermarket is just across the street. Moreover, the host Rasel is so caring and so helpful, he made sure the room is always spotless clean without even asking, always smiling and so kind. Highly recommend to travelers wanting to explore Rome by themselves and have a gorgeous, comfy place to stay.
