  Fantastic property, very spacious, clean, and well equipped. The location is perfect – a quiet area in close proximity to the city centre and villa Borghese.
  The landlord is very friendly and responsive. Property access instructions were accurate and clear.

  The property was soo beautiful. From when we walked in the decor was lovely & the rooms were really nice. The small touches like setting up the towels with a little pouch with some little Toileteries for each person was soo nice. The whole apartment was immaculate. We loved the dining & sitting area too. It was really nice to have the space as we were 6 people. The touch of getting us some snacks was really appreciated too and made us feel soo welcome! The welcome also from Anthony was really good and he was soo helpful. The location was great! Walking distance to all major attractions.
  
  Rosa was soo helpful even before we got there by contacting me and also sending me clear instructions of who will be meeting us. She also sent a big list of recommendations for restaurants. If I visit Rome again I will definitely be contacting Rosa again and book her amazing property

  Beautiful apartment. AC works well. Small elevator but was not a problem. Has washer. Very nice neighborhood with good restaurants and excellent gelato place near by. Away from the really crowded tourist areas. We took Uber or taxis to go to see sights. Bathrooms are updated and modern.

  Well located. with plenty of restaurants and shops around in a short walk.
  Our hosts gave us a bottle of red wine to welcome us. The concierge was waiting for us with the keys to the apartment and showed us around. very friendly and helpful.

  Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la propreté du logement. Il est fidèle à l'annonce et aux photos.
  Rosa est d'une immense gentillesse. Elle nous a proposé des partenaires qui ont grandement contribué au confort de notre séjour et a été aux petits soins avant et pendant notre séjour.
  Anthony a également été très réactif quand nous l'avons sollicité. Je recommande ce logement.
  Merci encore, nous avons passé un week-end extra à Rome!

  La realtà ha superato le aspettative !
  L’appartamento è estremamente spazioso, luminoso ed arredato con un gusto squisito.
  Le ciabattine in morbida spugna, i prodotti da bagno monouso completamente bio, il kit di benvenuto offerto da RosaM, non lo abbiamo mai trovato nei nostri viaggi . Bellissima la suite ROSAM con il suo splendido bagno in camera di design. Antony e Rosa hanno soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste in tempo reale. Grazie per una vacanza

  L' appartamento è semplicemente fantastico, tanto fascino in ogni stanza , spazi molto ampi , luminosissimo e con una vista splendida. La posizione è davvero eccellente per visitare le attrazioni di Roma, in una zona comunque molto sicura e tranquilla a pochi metri dai bar e ristoranti di via Veneto. Pulitissimo , letti comodissimi, cucina molto ben attrezzata , piacevolissimo il kit italiano di benvenuto.
  Check in e comunicazione con la proprietaria perfetti. Ci tornerò senz'altro, consigliatissimo!!
