  Perfect accomodation, very clean and comfortable. The location is great, you can walk to the main attractions without using public transport. Special thanks to the host Gabriele who is very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again in my next visit.

  it is located in a great location, just a short walk away from the Repubblica metro station, from where you can travel around Rome. the host, Gabriele, was also very welcoming and prepared a guide for me on the city’s attractions, as well as places to eat. the room itself was excellent, very clean, modern, spacious and pretty. i thoroughly enjoyed my stay here

  We came for the first time in Rome and it was one of the best choices we did , to choose this place.
  Super nice owner and such a good person. He explained everything to us about the city when we arrived and was always there to help when we needed anything (even before we arrived through messages etc etc). The room was fantastic , even better than the photos. Modern and elegant. What I really loved was that it had lots of space for our luggage so we were really comfy to get around the room. The hall/communal space was always clean and had a proper kitchen area in case you needed it. If you’re looking for a place to stay this is the one. Don’t even think about it. we’re DEFINITELY coming back.

  The communal kitchen with kettle and fridge was very useful and a nice spot to meet other guests. The host, Gabriele was super friendly and helpful, providing maps and tips for sightseeing and local restaurants. I loved the location, in a side road, 10 mins walk to the Colosseum and 2 minute walk to the bus stop to get to the Vatican. About 15 minutes walk from the main train station with buses and trains to the airport. Very clean, very big room – lovely bathroom – I couldn't fault it. Very good value for money and would definitely stay there again! Loved the neighbourhood for local colour, cute shops and lovely restaurants.

  Everything was perfect !
  – Location : the neighbour was animated and was walking distance close to a lot of attractions and sites to visit, restaurants, coffeeshops, supermarkets, shops..
  – cleannesses and amenities : both the room and the common space were clean and teddy and well equipped

  My stay in Rome was truly remarkable, thanks to the outstanding hospitality and quality accommodations provided by the exceptional host, Gabriele. The place was very clean, and the spacious room offered a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. Very good amenities and the regular cleaning service in the common area ensured everything remained spotless.
  
  The location was nothing short of ideal, with the Colosseum just 1 km away, and the enchanting Monti neighborhood right at my doorstep – my new favourite area in Rome!

  Owner of the property, Gabriele, was very attentive, responsive, respectful, very friendly and very helpful at all times. The location of the property is fantastic, just after a 15-minute walk, you’re in the middle of everything. Or the bus stops are i80 m away for which you can buy the tickets from DropTicket online. The room was clean and well maintained. Highly recommend to anyone.
