  All we could've needed while traveling. Host was very friendly and helpful.

  The owner, Michele was friendly and hospitable. I appreciated that he shared many information about Rome. The little details like handwash (in all bathroom), trash bag, washing detergent, bath gel, shampoo are something you do not always find in other apartment. Too much vino in my meals that the welcome gift, bottle of organic vino I had to take to my next stop.
  
  About the location, the apartment was just 150m away from the footbridge near Tiber River. There are many groceries and pharmacies, with one about 180m, turn right at entrance and right again after carpark barrier. Piazza Farnese is 350m away with a lot of restaurants and I had 2 takeaway dinner.

  Great location, short distances to all sights, very nice landlord who has lots of tips.
  The apartment is super equipped with details such as an umbrella (which fortunately we didn't need).
  The fridge was filled with water and wine when we arrived :-).
  Also very quiet location, we were able to sleep really well even with the windows open.
  There is absolutely enough space for up to 6 people.

  Michelle was the best host! He met us upon arrival and departure to help with our luggage. He also set up all of our transportation to and from the port and airport. We were all very impressed!

  I liked everything about this property and host Michele was beyond my expectations. He knew our flight info and accommodated our arrival time , arranged transportation from the airport to his location and even arranged getting us upon our return from Tuscany from Termini to our hotel near the airport. Most of all he was just friendly and helpful. We give him 10/10! Do not hesitate to stay here. Comfortable, safe and a great location.

  The location is amazing, quiet street, safe, comfortable beds and all the amenities required. Michele is the perfect host with recommendations for food and sights. Very knowledgeable about Rome, very good English and well traveled.
