  We’ve booked this room for 3 nights and we’ve enjoyed our stay. Francesca was very helpful and kind, and was promptly responding to any questions and demands.
  The appartment is clean, cozy, has enough space for 3 people, and the cleaning was made daily.
  All the facilities available : AC, hair dryer, iron, even ironing desk. The AC was happily working well, as we were in Rome in a very hot period. There is also an elevator in the building.
  We’ve also loved out breakfast (included in the rent price) in the cafe nearby, it was 1 coffee/drink and 1 pastry (croissant or any other available) per ticket, and for us it was enough 🙂 but you could also have 2 pastries if no drink ordered. The staff in the cafe is very kind and flexible. Also, if needed, the kitchen is well equipped, big and clean.
  As for transport, we preferred metro to buses, so it took us 30 minutes to go to the city centre (10-15 minutes by feet to the nearest station).
  The apartment is located close to the train station, it’s very practical. One of us got a night shuttle bus at the train station to go to the airport, so at 2am it was easy to go to the train station by feet.

  It was like 20 min Walk from the coloseum. Termini station is very near, if you need to go to other cities or the airport.
  The room is clean and nice, nice bathroom.

  What a wanderfull City. Retro rooms was exactly what we need – nice, comfortable and calm part of the Rome.
  Important for us was also to be close to bus station and Termini is few minutes walk from apartament.
  Additionaly and also Important- you are so close to city center that cant feell the distance walking there 😅
  It was nice, we want to visit you again 😀

  It's was everything soo good everyday cleaning and comfortable and the owners very friendly and helpful, everything thing was perfect and naer the bus stop 🥰🥰🥰

  The room was clean, the lady doing the cleaning was very good and thorough, the room was ready before check in and we were let in early. Close to where the buses to the airport stop, 10-15min walk. The room is in an apartment with shared kitchen, but with private bathroom inside. Bus 71 stops right in front of the building.

  The self-check-in was very easy, and communication with the owner Francessca, went really smoothly. The room itself was spacious enough for the three of us (myself, my mom, and my sister), and everything was clean. The shared kitchen area was also equipped very well.
