  All the amenities you could want in a great, quiet location 5 minutes from the metro. Super friendly staff willing to assist however possible. Good wifi and air conditioning. The daily in-room breakfast was great! We loved staying here!

  We were delayed getting to the property, but Daniele ensured we could get in, even at an unpalatable time! The room was small but contained everything we needed, and although it was a 'tray breakfast', it was good enough to get us on our way. There was a stock of items in the communal area that we could use if we ran out of coffee, tea, etc., which was fabulous. Our room was serviced every day with fresh towels after 2…it was safe and quiet in the evening.

  This place is situated very close to the Vatican on a quit street. We have stayed in Rome before, but we loved this neighbourhood . Street are lined with amazing bars and restaurants. Seemed to be filled with locals.
  
  There is a lift in the building, which I loved. The main building is very charming and the rooms are extremely clean and comfortable.
