  We had a really good stay. The hosts are really nice people, we even got our room earlier, since we arrived early in the morning. The breakfast was very generous, and our little one even received extra treats, which he was very happy about. The room is very large and tastefully decorated, all was spotless clean, and we had our room cleaned each day, with fresh towels at our disposal. The area is quiet and safe, well connected to the main atractions. Thanks you so much for hosting us!

  The team managing the Residenza was very friendly and responsive. The place is well located, walking distance from the metro station Flaminio, with several shops and caffes nearby. The Residenza apartments are inside an elegant and ancient building, with high ceiling, marmor stairs, and there is also an elevator. The kitchen appliances are not for cooking, but enough to warm food with a microwave, there is a fridge, a coffee machine, and kitchen utensils.

  Great location, easy to walk to the beautiful Vila Borghese, Spanish Steps, Pantheon and public transportations. Nice rooms and view; Comfortable beds with good support; included breakfast/snacks; Smooth check in and check out, and convenient luggage storage on the last day before going to the airport. Convenient and wonderful stay!
