  We loved staying at Residenza Il Giglio! The room had everything we needed: a comfortable bed, a small refrigerator, a safe, a balcony and the room was in a comfortable size. The location was really great, super close to Trastevere where there are a lot of restaurants. It was close to attractions such as the Pantheon (15-20min walk). There was a small grocery store and a really great coffee bar just a minute away. And approximately 3 min away you can find a lot of cafes and restaurants. The staff was super friendly and helpful!! We arrived really late at night, but even though there was no one operating the reception at that hour, it was super easy to get the keys and get into our room. We also noticed that even though the location is central, it was very quiet at night. During the weekends it was a little noise, but nothing that disturbed us from sleeping. When we go back to Rome, we will definitely stay here again!

  The staff were wonderful. I got lost and they walked me right to the property by phone. Check in was easy and when I left to walk about there was someone who welcomed me and made sure I was comfortable. I was travelling alone so i was a bit nervous but after talking to the lady, I was more at ease.

  We really liked the staff which was very pleasant and helpful (also with out luggage). The room was clean and the bed were made everyday. The location was amazing near the ghetto and very near to monuments, we didn't have to use the bus to visit them. For the price it was more than what we expected! The bed were comfy and we had heating.
