The Residenza Elizabeth is in a fabulous location within walking distance of the Vatican and many of the major Roman sites. The room is beautifully renovated and sparkling clean. Steve is a wonderful host, wanting to make sure that our stay in Rome was the best it could possibly be. Steve has the best restaurant recommendations and helped us with reservations and transportation.

Very clean and modern. Also has an elevator. The apartment has recently been remodeled so everything is new and clean. Very safe and convenient location. And very close to the shuttle bus to the airport. You have your own “personal concierge” with Stefano so you will never feel lost. Amazing host!!

The room was very updated and comfortable. Centrally located and walkable distance to many historical sites. Steve and his wife went the extra effort to explain maps and which tours to take. As well our rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. Certainly will rate them as Superhosts

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Residenza Elizabeth, and I can't recommend it highly enough! The location was absolutely perfect for us—everything we wanted to explore was within a pleasant walking distance. Plus, the Prati neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Our room was a good size and had all the amenities we could ask for, including daily snacks and drinks, which was a lovely touch. The included breakfast at a nearby café was not only convenient but also delicious.
A standout aspect of our stay was the exceptional service from Steve. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. He recommended some fantastic restaurants that truly enhanced our trip, and he even made reservations for us. When we had an early flight, he arranged a car in advance, which made our departure completely stress-free.
Steve's communication was top-notch—always prompt and helpful. I truly felt like we were well taken care of throughout our stay.
I can’t wait to return to Residenza Elizabeth and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Rome. It was a delightful experience all around!Yoel from United States (10/10)
The hotel is in a great location; there are significant attraction sites within few-mile radius of the hotel including: Vatican City, Saint Peter’s Basilica, Colosseum, Spanish Steps, many restaurants and coffee shops, and many shops. We walked to all these sites and used taxi only once from Spanish Steps to the hotel because it was late in the afternoon and we had walked a lot that day. The hotel is also close to the city bus station. There is also a laundromat less than 50 meters from the hotel. Rome is a much safer city than any big city in the U.S.A. for many reasons beyond the scope of this review. However, for those who might be still concerned, this hotel is super safe. There are three locked doors from the main entrance to the room and there is a police station nearby. The host, Steve, is very nice, caring, and professional; he is one of a kind. Steve was very helpful in giving us advice about various options regarding transportation; how to reach various locations; and restaurants. Steve also arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the train station. We recommend the you contact Steve a day or two before your arrival to coordinate your check-in. We highly recommend this hotel.

The host Steve was exceptionally helpful with offering tips for places to visit in the city and local restaurants, as well as making dinner reservations. The location was great, easy walking distance to many of the city’s attractions. There were also little snacks and Prosecco complimentary, which was a nice touch!
