Room was well maintained, clean, and daily service was great. It was also quiet, security was excellent and there was good communication from the owner. I travel a lot and expect the property to deliver as promised – and they did! Well done!

We had a fantastic weekend stay in Rome, and Francesco truly went above and beyond to make our experience seamless and enjoyable. His communication was exceptional from the start—prompt, clear, and incredibly helpful. Despite our late flight, Francesco arranged with the concierge to meet us at the property for check-in. He was also very accommodating in allowing us to keep our luggage after check-out, making our departure stress-free.
The property itself was perfect for our weekend stay- clean, comfortable, and exactly as the pictures. The location couldn’t have been better, just steps from the Barberini metro stop and within a 20-minute walk to many of Rome's main attractions.
Overall, it was a great stay, and we’ll absolutely choose this place again for our next visit to Rome. Highly recommended!Ludmila from Belgium (9/10)

This spot was perfect!! The gentleman who did the check-in process was so sweet and helpful. He gave us local recommendations on food and the main attractions. We enjoyed having a terrace. This spot is very close to Trevi Fountain. Our room was clean and had some hangers to hang clothes up. The cleaning lady even let us borrow an iron and board. We will stay here again!

the guesthouse is located at the heart of the city nearly everywhere you can reach on foot. The building is historic and beautiful at a very safe location. Host is great, just after reservation they reach out you and help as much as possible for every detail. Besides, they also suggest some local places to eat and the suggestions are great (thanks Francesco). Rooms are cleaned each day morning and the room is renovated . At nights; room is so quiet and you can understand that guesthouse is very interested in this issue to keep in that way to secure guests comfort for better sleeping & resting. Balcony is so nice.As negative; Only one night wifi was broken but just fixed in the early morning.
I believe we'll choose the same place for the next rome visit.
