  Wonderful friendly and kind hostess. Well stocked with coffee, tea, milk, and several breakfast items. Comfortable bed, pillows and couch. Top floor, sunny apartment with balcony in elevator building. Quiet location about 10 min walk to Ostiense station. Not far from Casa del Jazz for music events.
