  The room was big enough for a couple and one child. There was also a common area where I could relax and read my book. The staff was making up our room every day. The main heating was perfect, and no A/C needed. It was a very quiet room but also in a nice neighborhood with local stores and restaurants. The metro station was two minutes walking! The hostess was very good and polite. When we returned to our room after a tiring day and found it clean and warm, the feeling was perfect. I would stay again for sure.

  Very nice apartment, clean and well equipped, including common areas. The location is also very good near the metro /Cipro station/ as well as the bus stop. Communication with the owner /Alberto/ perfect 👍 Check in information /detailed description/ perfect and he always solved our requests immediately. Alberto offered us an earlier check in 🙏 The owner also offered us daily cleaning. Thank you and if we are ever in Rome again in the future, we will definitely be happy to come back 👌

  Quartopiano Guesthouse is perfectly situated close to Vatican and metro.
  
  The common areas and rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained. The rooms at Quartopiano Guesthouse are spacious and well-appointed, with incredibly comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. The amenities provided, including high-speed Wi-Fi, premium toiletries, and a well-stocked minibar, added to the overall comfort of our stay. The air conditioning was also a welcome feature, especially during the hot summer days.
  
  The service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They were always available to answer questions, provide recommendations, and assist with any requests we had. Their hospitality truly made our stay memorable.

  We stayed for 4 nights in the Balcony room. It was clean, comfortable and nice and modern and bright. Simona was a great communicator, explaining how to access the property,which made our check-in and check out nice and easy. It's also close to the Cipro Train Station, making it easy to get to all the tourist hot spots! I would definitely recommend staying here, especially in the balcony room!

  Especially communication with staff. Our restroom locked by itself. I contacted via Whatsapp and a solution was found in just a few minutes.
