You can grab your morning espresso and actually beat the tour groups there, which honestly feels like winning the Rome lottery. The Trevi Fountain is maybe eight minutes on foot, and you’re close enough to Piazza Navona that you’ll probably end up there for aperitivo without even planning it. What I love is that despite being in the thick of everything, Via Dei Polacchi itself stays relatively quiet — Romans have this way of tucking peaceful streets right next to the chaos.

The neighborhood has this perfect balance — touristy enough that you’re never far from a good restaurant, but residential enough that you’ll see the same faces walking their dogs each morning. You’ll find yourself taking different routes to the same places just because every street reveals something new.

  The location of the house was very good. It is within walking distance to most places. Everything needed was available in the house. Every detail was considered, from the coffee machine to the drinks, from the food to the towels, from the hotel slippers to the shampoo. Fabio was very friendly and helpful.
