  My stay at this apartment was fantastic. The place was clean and equipped with everything I needed. Plus, the bus station to the city center was just a short walk away.

  Lorenzo is just a wonderful person: he welcomed us as Romans do in a really friendly way and gave us a lot of information about restaurants, supermarkets, public transports, etc.

  Well renovated, tidy room with modern facilities. Easy 20 min walk through the gardens to the Spanish steps. Lively local area also.

  We stayed at the guesthouse for 4 days. Before arrival we have been communicating with Lorenzo and he always answered all our requests. We asked for early check- in and got it from around 13.00. The room is on the second floor and has its own bathroom. The building has also an elevator. The room has been very recently renovated. So everything is new and clean. Lorenzo and his family run a shop across the street. So it was always easy to stop by in case we had questions. On the departure date we could keep our room longer and Lorenzo even gave us a ride to the Termini station because it was impossible to get a taxi. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks a lot to Lorenzo and we will definitely be coming back to his guest house.

  Piacevole scoperta, BB delizioso in zona di Roma (via salaria/angolo Via Po) piena di servizi, residenziale, tranquilla e ben collegata. Lorenzo si è mostrato un ottimo host, preciso, gentile e molto disponibile. Check in perfetto (stanza pronta prima dell'orario previsto) stanza arredata di buon gusto, molto funzionale, ampia, luminosa, nuovissima e accogliente. Servizi igienici eleganti e molto puliti. Una serie di facilities presenti in camera (nepsresso con capsule, bollitore, thè, acqua in mini frigo, merendine. Molto consigliata

  La struttura si trova all' interno di un palazzo raffinato. La stanza è molto accogliente, ben arredata, funzionale e pulita. La comunicazione con l' Host è stata eccellente, veloce e soddisfacente; da subito è stato molto disponibile. La posizione è strategica: per chi ama camminare attraversando il parco in cui sorge villa borghese si arriva piacevolmente in centro. Noi personalmente arrivati alla stazione Tiburtina,con due fermate di metro e cioè scendendo a Policlinico abbiamo raggiunto la struttura con una breve passeggiata su Viale Regina Margherita. Vicina la linea Tram che noi non abbiamo sfruttato ma che rappresenta sicuramente una risorsa utile.
  Molto consigliato.
