  Excellent Location! Excellent staff, who are always helpful! The room was really clean. Great choice for a beautiful stay in Rome! Breakfast is great on a really cosy atmosphere, transfer service to the airport on time and comfortable. Thank you very much!

  The breakfast offering in a lovely local cafe was nice, especially the coffee.
  The apartment was light and spacious. Very comfortable and clean.
  The location could not have been better, walking distance to everywhere, including all the sights and shopping!

  Everything was awesome.First of all,I would like to say everyone "thank you".They were so helpful(especially Luka and Bruno) and kind.The location is perfect.You can walk everywhere.The guest house was so safe and secure.The room is designed beautifully.You have got everything you need (even wine🤣) .It was so clean💯.I used hotel's transfer and they were punctual and it was a nice journey.They told me about some historical places.The breakfast place was nice and the food was delicious.Spagna 51 has become my home in Rome.Whenever I come,I will prefer.Thank a bunch!

  Located in a fantastic spot, it literally opens up to the Spanish Steps. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The apartment is very bir and comfortable and has everything you need. We didn't have a single bad experience. It is definitely the best place to stay in Rome.
