  great location and central, apartment was clean and near everything you would need including a grocery store. host was very nice and answered everything, kept in contact with us during our stay and made arrangements for a taxi to the train station for us.

  It is true this apartment is in a great location. The Flaminio Metro line is 3 mins walk and that gets you to everything you want to see such as the Colosseum, Vatican City, etc. It’s also a close walk to Villa Borghese, Leonardo Da Vinci, Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. There are plenty of food options on the street. Must try’s are Pizza Rustico and Mondo Arancini for cheap and satisfying fare. There’s also a nice cafe where we got coffee everyday. The facility itself is a well equipped self catering apartment with all the amenities you could wish for, crockery and cooking equipment, nice stove and oven, good sized fridge, washing machine and clothes hanger, nice wardrobe. It would fit four people comfortably. Main bed a bit firmer than preferred but the sofa bed was great compared to most. Host Guiliano was efficient and friendly, allowing us to drop off baggage a few hours before the official check in time of 3.00pm. Room was super clean and tidy when we returned. All in all, excellent value for money.
