  The property is very well located. The location is vibrant and full of restaurants. It is safe to walk day and night.

  The apartment is spacious, well equipped, and in an excellent location. Elizabeth made check-in and out very easy and stress free. We were a group of 5 and there was plenty of space and great to have the 2 bathrooms. Loved the little balcony off the kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

  Excellent location in the middle of everything in the city centre. The building was quiet and night time we couldn't hear anything from outside.
  Big rooms and enough space in the living room.
  Communication with the hosts very good.

  Location was super! Access/check in very easy & met & showed around by lovely Elizabeth. Beds /linens/ bathrooms all well stocked & clean. Super easy for us all!

  The room and the location with nice restaurants in the street if you don't feel like walking far at night. However the restaurant your facing, or see, when you looking out of your window from your apartment is a tourist trap, so don't sit there they charge €4.50 just to sit down and totally over charge. All the other restaurants are expensive but good service.
  Irish pub was about a 10 minute walk. Very small but the drinks were much cheaper. No other pubs in the area!
  The apartment has a little balcony so you can sit outside and just chill. I would recommend this apartment.

  Pierluigi warmly welcomed us and took our bags while they finished cleaning since we arrived early. Communication with host was great. Apartment was spacious, and well appointed with everything you would need. The location is wonderful- easy access to all of Rome’s attractions and lots of bars and restaurants on the street where the apartment is. Highly recommend this place! We will return!
