  The Room was wide and the bed was comfortable. Everything was very clean.
  Giuseppe is one of the nicest hosts. Communication with him was great and he was always ready to sort out any issue. Totally recomend 👌🏻

  The room was very quiet and was absolutely enough for what we needed. The location was very good only 25-30 min from the Colosseum. But also the public transport was excellent .

  The location is perfect, the metro is just around the cornet and lets you move from place to place in minutes. Connection to Termini is also super quick. Giuseppe is a great host, with recommendations ready to go and always checking in if all is okay and if anything further is needed like fresh towels, toiletries, etc. Could not recommend the place more! It was also quiet, with great Wi-Fi!

  Really nice place to stay, very close to the metro line A and bus stops, comfortable bed and clean private bathroom. Great host, he provided us with all important information. Quiet and safe area.

  We had a wonderful stay at Pepe’s. The room is really clean and smells good. Location is perfect, just few minutes walk from metro. Pepe was so kind enough to let us leave our bags as early as 9am (before check in) and met us personally.
