  The room was spacious and quiet, the bed was so comfortable. Giuseppe was a great host checking in after a few days and so friendly. Location is a short walk from Termini and down to the Colosseum. Oh and the air con was a saviour on the hot days

  Giuseppe was there to meet us .He gave us many useful tips about the neighbourhood .The apartment was cosy and fridge, microwave and plates and cutlery were available. It was possible therefore to have snacks and breakfirst in the place. Two good supermarkets and bakers in the area. Giuseppe gave us his WhatsApp contact, if we had any problems.We loved that the house was in a backyard so it was very quiet at night and it looked like in the films

  All praise for this accommodation! An excellent host who stays in touch throughout the day to facilitate check-in and assist with anything else you might need. Fantastic communication, always there for anything you require during your stay.
  
  The apartment is just a few minutes’ easy walk from Termini Station, yet it’s in a quiet, pleasant, and safe neighborhood. It’s easy to find, and there’s a metro station right in front of the building entrance.
  
  The room is exceptionally clean and spacious, perfectly adequate for two people. Everything you need is provided, and kudos for the kettle in the room. The shared area/dining room offers more than some hotels do. You can prepare meals, reheat food, make coffee, and there are even some basic groceries available, so you can easily have breakfast.
  
  The internet works perfectly, and the window faces the courtyard, so there’s no noise or disturbance.
  
  Once again, all praise for the host and the accommodation – I will definitely return!

  Super easy to go to anywhere in the city, since there’s a metro station a few steps away. We walked from Termini to the apartment with our backpacks (around 10 min), which was fine. We even went to the Colosseum by walk and it was really pleasent. The room fair, with a comfortable bed and good shower. Staff was friendly.

  Very good communication at check in and follow up. Very close to subway stop, walking distance to train station, walking distance to most popular sites in Rome. Provided cups, kettle in room and communal area with fridge, dishes, coffeemaker, sink, light breakfast fare (toast, cookies)

  The location is very close to the metro and bus station. Walking distance to the Coliseum. The apartment was spacious and clean and the shared kitchen had everything we needed. the building security was excellent. The owner was very kind and helpful. He showed us a place to store our luggage after leaving the room. I definitely recommend it.
