  The property was good. Francesca and her husband made sure that we have the most comfortable stay. Though we booked a small room, when they saw that we have a lot of luggage, they shifted us to a bigger room. The room was very nice and it was cleaned everyday. Even the towels were changed everyday. Not just that, Francesca suggested us some great restaurants and places to visit in Rome, even without us asking about it. This helped us so much. The location is great as well. Some amazing restaurants and cafes nearby and just 15 mins by walk to Trevi fountain. Loved our stay here. Would love to stay at the same place during our next visit. Very friendly and helpful hosts !!!

  The hosts were very helpful, answered to messages almost instantly and updated our room without asking for anything in exchange.
  The room was very clean, and had a nice view.
  The bus station was 1 minute away, great restaurants, gelaterias and cafes around.
  Sights like Trevi fountain and Spanish steps were 20 minutes away.

  We stayed here for three nights with my spouse. We had originally booked a small room, but since there were vacancies, they gave us a larger one. The hotel is in a safe location close to Roma Termini. There are many high-quality restaurants nearby.
  The hosts, Francesca and Volter, gave us great recommendations on transportation, local restaurants, and shopping spots. They are lovely people and were very helpful. I will definitely stay here again when I return!
