Look, I’ve stayed in a lot of places around the Pantheon area, and honestly? Most of them are either tourist traps or so cramped you can’t open your suitcase. But Pantheon by Rental in Rome actually gets it right – and I mean, when you’re literally on Via del Collegio Capranica, you’re about as close to the action as you can get without having crowds outside your window at 6 AM.

The thing that struck me first wasn’t the location (though we’ll get to that), it was how they’ve managed to make the place feel like an actual Roman apartment rather than a hotel room with a kitchenette slapped in. The ceilings have that classic Roman height, and there’s this attention to detail that you notice in little ways – like how the bathroom fixtures actually work properly, or how the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every time someone in the building turns on their hair dryer. You know what I mean? It’s those small things that make you realize someone who actually lives in Rome had a hand in setting this up. The 4-star rating feels honest too – it’s not trying to be the Hassler, but it’s way more comfortable than most places in this price range.

Here’s what you really need to know about the location: yes, you’re a two-minute walk from the Pantheon, but more importantly, you’re in the heart of the real neighborhood. There’s this little alimentari around the corner where locals actually shop (not the tourist-priced one right by the monument), and if you walk five minutes toward Via del Corso, you hit that stretch where Romans go for aperitivo. The street itself is pretty quiet considering where you are – I think because it’s just off the main tourist flow, so you get the convenience without the chaos. Parking is… well, it’s Rome, so forget about driving, but the 116 bus stops right nearby and honestly, you’ll want to walk everywhere anyway. The rating of 8.7 makes sense to me because while everything works and the location is incredible, it’s not going to blow your mind with luxury touches. But here’s the thing – when you’re paying Rome center prices, you want your money going toward location and comfort, not marble bathrooms you’ll barely use. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I was traveling with someone who wanted to feel like they were living in Rome rather than just visiting it.

  Amazing apartment right in the centre of Rome. Walking distance to everything and Raoni made sure we had a wonderful welcome.
  
  What could be improved: It wasn’t a problem for us but if you are travelling with a younger child, the bedrooms are on different floors so not beside each other,. In case that is an issue.

  O apartamento tem 2 andares, no primeiro tem um quarto com banheiro minúsculo. No segundo fica a sala e a outra suite. É bem localizado, perto de tudo.
  
  What could be improved: É preciso algumas melhorias. O sofá da sala é terrível, não dá para ficar sentado por muito tempo. Faltou tapete nos banheiros, o que fez falta, pois a cada banho o chão ficava bem molhado.

  Esattamente quello che cercavo! A soli pochi metri da Pantheon, location perfetta e appartamento molto accogliente ed elegante. Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento con mia moglie e mio figlio e ci siamo trovati benissimo, avere casa al pantheon è stata un esperienza unica. Accesso indipendente, due camere e due bagni con un ampio soggiorno, il tutto arredato con eleganza e gusto, nulla da dire! Grazie a tutti per la stupenda vacanza e torneremo sicuramente nella città ETERNA!

  La ubicación del apartamento es excelente, a pasos del Panteón.
  La blanquería es de primera calidad. El jabón y el shampoo de los baños eran muy buenos productos.
  Tienen un salón amplio con aire acondicionador en el salón y el la pieza grande. La pieza pequeña tiene ventilador.
  Además cuenta con lavavajillas, lavarropas y secarropas.
  Weronika y Alessandro muy buenos anfitriones.
  
  What could be improved: Vendría bien una cortina black out en la pieza pequeña y una mopa para el baño pequeño, para poder secar una vez de ducharse.
  Repasar paredes, lamentablemente algunas personas que se hospedan no cuidan como se deberían las instalaciones, pero con una esponja sale.
  Tiene dos tramos de escaleras, la primera lleva al baño y pieza pequeña y siguiendo la escalera se accede al living comedor, pieza y baño grande.

  What could be improved: απίστευτη φασαρία από τα εστιατόρια που βρίσκονται στο δρόμο. το βράδυ άκουγες τα απορριμματοφόρα να μαζεύουν τα άδεια μπουκάλια. το ένα παράθυρο του σπιτιού έχει πολύ κακή ηχομόνωση. το στρώμα είναι φτιαγμένο για άνθρωπο κοντύτερο του 1.70.
