  Kind and always smiling Andrea. Good location. Clean and comfortable room with snacks and drinks in the fridge. Delicious pastries for breakfast.

  The host, Andrea is very warm and helpful. The only place with a superb breakfast and mini bar freebies. The room is clean, bed is comfy and the place is strategically located, near Roma Termini/ Central Station and walking distance to Rome's famous tourist spots.

  We loved our stay at Optimus B&B. The location was perfect! The train and bus station is across the street. Andra gave us links to the trains from the airport prior to arriving and the walking directions to the stay take you directly to the door. He gave us great restaurant and bar recommendations. We had booked a Vatican tour for the next morning at 7:00 am so he made sure we had breakfast items ahead of time in our room. The room is clean and the bed is comfy. There is a coffee machine in the room as well. We will stay here again on future trips to Rome!

  Our room was very comfortable with all fittings to a high spec.
  Enjoyed breakfast provided and appreciated the bar fridge stocked daily with savoury delights all included in the tariff.
  Location very close to transport and a convenient food hall filled with Italian delights..appreciated after a busy sight seeing day.

  Everything was good. We are provided extra food and bevergaes at no extra cost. Coffee machine was excellent. Disney + and Netflix subscriptions are present. He even gave us a scarf and head cap for free. I was surprised at the facilities provided. If i am going to rome again, i will definitely book this .

  We arrived early and Andrea was there to greet us and allowed us to stow our luggage and use the facilities to freshen up. He was such a welcome after a long day of travel. He really made our first impression of Rome a great one. The room was nice, clean, and very close to the train station, which is what we were looking for, but also a quick 20 min walk to Colosseum.

  Everything in the property was meticulously prepared and designed with great artistic precision. Very much impressed with and appreciated by what the hosts had done for us. Located next to the train station and close to many major attractions and restaurants. A perfect 10 for a perfect stay!
