  We weren't sure what to expect when we had booked Niky house as we couldn't find it on google. However, before we arrived, we were contacted by the host Nicola, and from the very first message, Nicola was an outstanding host! Always willing to help with any questions we had and would make sure we were comfortable and happy. It was amazing to have this kind of help in a completely different country. The apartment was absolutely beautiful, quiet, and very modern, beautifully clean, and an area you felt very safe in. The walk into the city was about a 50-minute walk. We didn't mind this at all as it's a good way to explore and experience everything Rome has to offer. If we got a taxi it wasn't too expensive and public transport also stopped within 5 minutes of the accommodation. Would 100% recommend Niky house to anyone going to Rome. Thank you, Nicola, for being an amazing host and making sure we had a smooth and pleasant experience with our stay. Hopefully,
  we'll be back sooner rather than later

  Ótima localização, muito calma, distante do centro, niky é um excelente anfitrião, e o acesso ao centro da cidade não é difícil com a linha 8 do tram, o quarto é de ótima qualidade e as instalações são muito boas

  La stanza molto bella accogliente e pulita letto molto comodo e doccia fantastica.
  L’ Host della struttura molto disponibile ci ha consigliato come muoverci ed ė stato utilissimo perché arrivati in centro con un mezzo in 15 minuti.
  Ed inoltre ci ha consigliato per la cena un ristorante a 5 minuti a piedi dove si ė mangiato benissimo

  Es war super ausgestattet und auch von der Größe her vollkommen ausreichend. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Dusche als auch das Bett waren super groß. Alles macht einen wertigen und neuen Eindruck.

  Tres bien reçu et accompagné par le propriétaire de cet appartement. D'une disponibilité et d'une réactivité exemplaire se tenant à disposition pour toute question ou demande. Sait où sont les bonnes adresses pour bien manger. Appartement un poil excentré du centre historique mais dans un quartier qui est finalement bien plus représentatif de ce que Rome est en 2024. Quartier très vivant et extrêmement bien desservi par les différents transports en commun (à 5-10 min à pied d'une gare ferroviaire) et à deux rues du quartier Trasteverde, je recommande et si je reviens un jour à Rome il est probable que je cherche à réserver cet appartement.   Assolutamente il letto una comodità unica, oltre ovviamente il bagno dove la doccia è spettacolare, incredibile come in così poco spazio e super moderno ci siano tutti i comfort di cui uno ha bisogno.
