  We had an absolutely incredible stay. From the moment we arrived, Vicenzo welcomed us with great warmth and attention. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and conveniently located near the central train station. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable stay, great location, and first-class service!

  The owner was very friendly. I stayed in 4 different cities in Italy, the best owner and house you can see. I left my belongings to him for 2 days with peace of mind. My luggage was intact and untouched. He was very punctual, he never kept me waiting. If I went to Rome again, I would stay in this house again. It was also clean. Among the houses I stayed in, the only owner who gave slippers. The towels and the room smelled very clean. This was the house where my wife felt the most comfortable.

  The room was spotless, 1 second unexpected. The location is very close to the train station and the metro. We walked everywhere in the city anyway. He was incredibly friendly. After staying for 4 days, I had a 2-day trip to Naples and I was going to stay in the same place again. They kept my luggage and saved me from a big burden. If I come to Rome again, I will stay here again.

  very close to central train station. All major tourist attractions within walking distance. (Vatican was about a 45 minute walk away). Vincenzo was extremely pleasant, helpful and easily contactable.
