Hotel Description

Look, I’ve stayed in my fair share of Roman hotels, and MyNavona honestly surprised me in the best way possible. You know that feeling when you’re wandering around the narrow cobblestone streets near the Pantheon, completely lost (which happens to everyone, by the way – those medieval streets make no sense), and you stumble onto Via Tor Millina? Well, that’s exactly where this little gem sits, and I mean little in the most charming way possible.

The thing about this area is that you’re literally a two-minute walk from Piazza Navona – not the tourist trap part everyone talks about, but the early morning side when the street artists are just setting up and you can actually hear the fountains. The hotel itself feels like someone’s sophisticated Roman apartment that they decided to share with travelers who actually get it. The rooms aren’t huge (this is Rome, after all), but they’re thoughtfully designed with these gorgeous marble accents that remind you where you are without being over the top about it. I actually loved the bathroom – proper shower pressure, which honestly can be hit or miss in historic buildings like this.

What really won me over was the staff’s approach to hospitality. They don’t hover or push restaurant recommendations you know they’re getting kickbacks from. Instead, they’ll casually mention that the little enoteca around the corner on Via dei Coronari stays open late if you need a decent bottle of wine, or that Sant’Agostino church (practically next door) has a Caravaggio that most tourists miss because they’re too busy fighting crowds at the more famous spots. The neighborhood itself is perfect for that authentic Roman experience – you’ve got locals doing their grocery shopping at the small alimentari, old men playing cards at the corner café, and the kind of trattorias where they don’t even bother with English menus because they know their regulars.

Parking is… well, it’s Rome, so forget about driving here. But the taxi drivers actually know where Via Tor Millina is (miracle!), and you’re close enough to everything that matters that you’ll be walking anyway. The area does get lively in the evenings – not obnoxiously loud, but you’ll hear people chatting as they wander between dinner and gelato, which I found sort of comforting actually. During the day, especially mid-morning, it’s surprisingly peaceful for being so central.

The 9.1 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there. It’s not trying to be a luxury palace – it’s just doing everything really well without any fuss. Clean, comfortable, perfectly located, and run by people who seem to genuinely care about whether you have a good time in their city. If you’re the type of traveler who wants to feel like you’re staying in Rome rather than just visiting it, MyNavona gets it right.

    Location, room size, Lorenza’s hospitality!

  • Emre from France (10/10)

Everything! Location was really central. Staff was really helpful and nice to us. They offer us a champagne for my wife’s birthday! It was a really nice gesture. Also, at the end of our trip, Rome was super rainy. It was hard for us to find a taxi, but staff help us to find a taxi!

In the midst of one of the most popular areas in Rome, and yet very quiet. The room was very clean, with good beds and a bathroom that is spotless. Warm welcome, and also good arrangments to store your luggage after check out! No lack of restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood.

  • Isabelle from Ireland (9/10)

Located extremely close to Piazza Navona, making getting around the Centro Storico of Rome so easy. Breakfasts each morning were rolled into the room on a white tablecloth-covered trolley, which felt like a real treat. The team here is really lovely; friendly, helpful, accommodation and very genuine people – a special mention must go to Romeo and Agnes on this front! Our room was very spacious, and there were endless clean towels and toiletries provided throughout our stay.

What a Gem in the heart of Rome.
Mynavona was a little paradise set in the most wonderful location, a minutes walk to the beautiful Piazza Navona. 15 mins to the Trevi fountain or the other way to St Peters square..
Walking through the large brown authentic doors to a communal hallway. Upstairs you reach Mynavona. (There is a lift 🥰)
Our welcome from Margherita was warm and super friendly. Our room was beautiful with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Shampoo's, hairdryer, coffee machine, TV even home made biscuits, safety deposit box. Really comfy beds..
Our breakfast was delivered to the room by the lovely Romeo. What the most beautiful human he is. He looked after us so well. Fresh towels every day, fresh flowers, the room was always spotless.
I can not recommend Mynavona enough. If they're was a 10 star option I'd use it..🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Romeo thank you for being so kind on our first, but not last trip to Rome.

  • Omer from Israel (10/10)

We stayed for a week to celebrate my partners birthday. It was honestly the best bed and breakfast we've ever been to. The rooms were extremely clean, the interior design was on point, and I cannot recommend the staff enough.
The staff were just so thoughtful and caring, noticing every little detail in order to make our stay the best it could be. The personal treatment we received from the staff was beyond anything we expected.

There is no doubt we will be back, and we will recommend this place to everyone we know.

I visited Rome for the first time, and this is the perfect location to stay and explore the city if your time is limited. You’re in the heart of Rome, within walking distance from all major sights, shops, and there’s at least 20 restaurants within 2 minutes from the accommodation. I didn’t pay attention when I booked, but breakfast is included and the presentation made me feel like a princess. Staff was so nice, room was cleaned daily, bed was comfy, shower was clean, there’s small fridge and amazing coffee machine in the room. I’ll be very happy to stay here again upon next visit to Rome,

Staff, breakfast and cleanliness were excellent.
