  The property is clean, modern and in a great location. Alessandro is an excellent host who is very caring and attentive. His English is great. I cannot fault anything. I really felt safe as a solo traveller and had a great night's sleep. The property is very quiet. Perfect.

  The room was very clean and recently renovated. It was very quiet and there was a nice balcony. The bed was super comfortable. Alessandro was friendly and very helpful making sure we had a great stay.

  The guesthouse area is central, 5 minutes walk from St. Peters basilica. The bus stop is right outside the guesthouse. You can purchase a bus pass from the tobacconist on the street. Our host, Alessandro, was very friendly and helpful with tips and advice of where to eat. The place is very clean and safe. To enter the guesthouse, you use a code. Our room had a spacious private toilet with a shower. Quality toiletries are provided. In the room also tea and coffee making facilities are available. Tea bags, coffee capsules, milk, and biscuits are replenished daily. A small fridge is in the room with drinks to purchase. Our room had a balcony that we did not use as much because of the weather but in the summer I am sure it will be ideal. The room is private and soundproof.

  The location is excellent – just a few mins away from the Vatican, the 64 bus stops virtually outside the flat to the Imperial Roman Forum, the main line station Roma San Pietro station is 6mins walk, and had places to eat nearby & a laundrette helpfully just a few yards away. Room and access (with lift) felt very secure. The host Alessandro is so very understanding & helpful. Coffee machine & kettle with biscuits too in room – replenished daily. Our room had small balcony from which could see part of the facade of St Peters. It has 3 very nice rooms – spotless clean & nice toiletries.

  The neighborhood is very quiet, this place is perfect!
  2 min walk from the Vatican and for those who like to walk there will be no problem visiting the city, 20-30 min walk.

  The apartment is tastefully designed with stylish decor, comfortable bedding, and fragrant toiletries. Its location is excellent, within walking distance of the Vatican, and offers great convenience with easy access to the nearby train station and bus stops. It’s particularly well-suited for winter stays, thanks to its effective heating. A special thanks to Alessandro, who was an exceptional host, providing helpful instructions on train schedules and valuable travel tips. I would highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable stay in Rome!
