  Great place to stay in rome, very near to the metro. Communication with the host was very easy.
  
  I just have a small recommendation to have air conditioning in the master bedroom and also to have a bigger capacity AC in the lounge for better cooling.
  
  The experience of the property is amazing, all amenities were provided and it's a very clean and enjoyable apartment.

  The property is located in an extremely convenient location. While being outside of the center proper, it’s located close to the Re di Roma subway station, from which you can comfortably get to the major Roman attractions in about 20/30 min. Gianluca is extremely attentive. We wanted to use the washing machine, but ran into a problem and he came that same afternoon to see it fixed. The recommendations provided by the host were exceptional. The apartment was warm, clean and spacious for four people.

  Marvelous location and athmosphere. Bedrooms very quiet and comfortable beds. Best of all was the location and the recommendation of the restaurants from Micol. Can definitely recommwnd rhe place to everyone.

  Great location, right next to the Re di Roma metro station, ultra-clean apartment, equipped with everything you need, especially a lot of cooking equipment. A great solution is a double bathroom, it was very comfortable for 5 people. If I have the opportunity to return to Rome, I would choose the same place.

  Excellent accomodation, the pictures and description of the appartment are exactly as they are in reality.
  Nice neighbourhood with plenty of food opportunities, easy to access to the metro in 2 min.
  The flat looks to inner courtyard, so there is full silence.
  The host, Gianluca, is easily approachable and always helps when you need.

  The apartment was very nice and clean,very close to metro,shops and restaurant.We were 6 adults and we fit there perfectly.Gianluca was very nice host,,easy and fast comunication, helped us with a taxi for 6 persons from/to the airport which was great . We had a great time and I definitly recomend this apartment.

  A cozy place, clean and nearby metro and bus station. It's located in a quiet neiborhood, with food markets and restaurants. It's well equiped. We enjoy very much our staying with 3 kids. Gianluca is a wonderful host, very helpful, responding to all our messages very fast. We recomand this place and we hope to Have the chance to come back.

  Location was great to get to all the top sights, but out of a traditional tourist area. It was pleasant with restaurants the neighborhood eats in. Great space for a family or group. No doubt would stay or recommend to others. The owner was amazing and even greeted us on arrival to show us the space. Grocery store 3 min walk and all the amenities you would need. So much space!

  Excellent location. Very close to metro, grocery store, cafes. Clean and comfortable accommodations. Owner was very responsive to all questions. We'd definitely return to Micol's Place again!
