  It was a pleasure staying at your hotel. After a tiring cruise, we were so happy that our room was ready early for us to freshen up. The staff couldn't have been nicer. Our room was very clean and a tub was a nice surprise. Our only issue was figuring out the tub and the temperature control. We should have called downstairs to ask but we waited for the tub water to cool down. My husband and I ordered In Room dinner and it was delicious. What a surprise when we got to the buffet breakfast…..wish we were more hungry because the food was amazing.

  Excellent experience. Easy check in with whatsapp info – I requested self-check in due to a late flight. Working air-conditioning (goes to as freezing as you would like), flexible with check out and 2 bus stops close by.

  Very good location in terms of transport links, bus stops nearby. Metro stop about 15 minutes' walk from the property. The area is quiet, we used to walk to restaurants in the evenings, and the locals are very nice.
  The room was extremely clean, towels, bathroom amenities were replenished daily.
  The air conditioning on such hot nights was a lifesaver, it worked without any problems.
  We would like to thank Agnesse, the owner of the apartment, once again for her warm welcome and help during our departure. Very nice hosts, no problem to communicate in English.
  My wife was surprised to receive a birthday present from the owners of the apartment.
  We hope to return to Rome again and definitely stay at the Luxury Vatican Rooms.

  The property was clean and tidy. It’s close to a supermarket and I was able get a few little groceries. Excellent facilities and awesome shower. The location is good and its slightly out of the hustle and bustle. I figured out the bus routes quite quickly and there are many bus stops within meters of the apartment. I was able to be anywhere in the city within about 20 minutes. The staff, especially Natalia was extremely helpful. She was very communicative and offered good advice when navigating the city and suggesting things to do. She treated me like a local. She facilitated me getting to the airport and put me at ease. I felt like I had my own support team. 😁 I definitely will be back.
