  Sabrina, the host, left a card with 10% off in a coffe bar near the b&b. Plus you can make coffe in the morning in the kitchen. The cleaning lady was super nice and kind. The room very clean , the bathroom with a good light ( especially for women make up ). I would say that the best thing about it is the location. Literally less than 5 minutes to the subway stop Ottaviano. Also, you can leave your luggage if you arrive too early for check in or have to spend more time in town after the check out.   Very cozy and nice room in the walking distance from Vatican, close to metro station Ottaviano. It’s located on the ground floor in the old building, one of the many similar in this area. Bed and pillows were comfortable, hot water in the shower is really hot which is great if heating didn’t work.
  Our host Sabrina was very attentive, she always responded in a minutes. Also, it was cool to leave our backpacks before check in and after check out in a common area.

  The property was very clean and cosy! It was easy to find! There was cleaning everyday, so it was very clean! In the room there were left complimentary coffee, tea and food for free everyday!
