  The property is a small facility/hotel at the 4th floor building and has 4 rooms (3 double and 3 apartments) and a kitchen. We had a very easy and pleasant communication with Alessia to arrange our arrival and departure. The room is clean and the size of the bathroom was surprisingly large, considering the old buildings in that area.
  We didn't expect to have breakfast, so we were pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen very well equipped and having bread, fruit, yoghurt, cheese, salami, butter, available all the time, free of charge for all the guests.
  The area is safe and very close to Termini Station.

  The location is perfect as it's just 9-min walk to Termini station. The shared kitchen with free and unlimited snacks (bread, yoghurt, juice, coffee, tea, milk, fruits, cheese, cold cuts) was very convenient. Because of this, we managed to pull off a proper breakfast whilst preparing to check out and getting ready to be picked up by our tour guide. Alessia quickly responded to my queries here in booking dot com and in whatsapp. Verna was also lovely and helpful. We also availed of the property's storage so we were able to do our last tour without having to drag our big suitcase with us. We were running a bit late to get to the airport but because of the property's location, getting a taxi from Uber just took 1 minute! I highly recommend this place especially to families like us. The family suite we got essentially had two rooms: a bedroom with access to the shower room and a living room with the sofa bed (where kids can sleep separately from parents) and 4-seater dining table. The rooms are big and there's plenty of storage and would suit even those who plan to stay for several days in Rome. Given the chance, we will come back and stay again in Lexie Suites. Ciao!

  I like everything at Lexie. They even have a shared areas when you can find everything for breakfast, from bread, jams, fruits, milk, etc.
  The location, the staff, the apartment, all are perfect.

  2. Excellent hospitality by Alessia and Verna. They make sure you have everything you need for a great stay in Rome.
  3. Room was cosy and clean.
  4. They didn't serve breakfast but had enough food in their pantry so you could indulge whenever hungry.

  This was my first stay in accommodation different from a hotel, and I can say it was wonderful. The host was incredibly accommodating and focused on making our stay pleasant. The room was excellent, the common areas were sufficient to feel comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for breakfast. The location was also very convenient. Highly recommended
