  I really liked the property – it was nice designed and clean. It had ac, that is important. There was clean kitchen and coffee machine to use for several appartments together.
  The manager of the place is super helpful and nice!

  Close to Termini Station and Rome Center – all within walking distance. Room nicely decorated, enough space. Kitchen well equipped. Contact with the owner hassle-free. Highly recommend 🙂

  Clean apartment, renovated, good WiFi, host friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. The area has many restaurants and bars that you can also explore away from the center. Overall a very good choice for Rome if you don't mind the walk to metro and the shared kitchen.

  A lovely spacious and clean apartment, well appointed and in a great location, quiet but close to Termini and easy to get around.

  Very clean, very nicely furnished, exactly similar to the pictures.
  Having access to a fully equipped kitchen (including washing machine) was a big plus.
  Check-in and check-out were very smooth and flexible.
  A delicious bakery right across the street, several supermarkets in the vicinity, and many delicious and typical restaurants/street food options around. Being equally close to the central train station and the university Sapienza, it was a perfect location for us.
  Last but not least, the host is extremely thoughtful and helpful !

  Everything you needed was present. Big fridge in the kitchen, washing machine, ….. Close to Sapienza University. It's nice to live between other Romans, you feel less like a tourist.
