  The accommodation was fantastic. The room was clean, with everything you could potentially need. The best part was definitely the balcony with view of the beautiful garden. The area it is located is very strategic: close to the tram points and bus stops, and of course different shops for whatever needs. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful with every single question or problem we had.

  We liked the fact that it was very close to the bus/metro/tram stations (took us about 30 mins to get to the city center). It also had a lot of local shops and a place to have breakfast right down the street. Mario, the host was very friendly and he helped us with everything and he also provided us with a list of local restaurants , which were amazing to go have dinner (make sure you make a reservation, because these places are local and the food is astonishing). The room has a private bathroom, quite small, but totally equipped with everything you needed and very clean. We didn’t use the kitchen (which is a shared part of the apartment), but it was equipped with everything you need to cook something for yourself. Mario also provided us with coffee capsules and teabags.

  Mario was such a fantastic host. Clean and comfortable place. The garden was a nice break from the chaos of the city. Lots of great cafes and restaraunts in the area.

  È una scelta perfetta per chi cerca un soggiorno tranquillo e accogliente. Le camere sono arredate con gusto e dotate di tutti i comfort necessari. L' area relax molto bella con una sala luminosa e terrazzino con vista sul giardino. La posizione è ideale, lontana dal caos ma comunque vicina ai principali punti di interesse. La gestione è impeccabile, con proprietari cordiali e disponibili a dare consigli utili per scoprire la zona. Un'ottima esperienza che consiglio vivamente!

  Die Unterkunft war super, der Besitzer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles war sauer und es gab eine Küche zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis einzigartig. Aber das absolute Highlight war der schöne große Balkon!
