Hotel Description
Welcome to La Casa Di Rosa, an exceptional 3-star hotel nestled in the charming residential district of Trieste in Rome’s northeastern quadrant. Located at 5 Via Bisagno in the 00199 postal area, this delightful boutique accommodation has earned an outstanding 9.2 rating from satisfied guests, placing it among Rome’s most beloved mid-range hotels. La Casa Di Rosa perfectly balances proximity to Rome’s iconic attractions with the authentic atmosphere of a genuine Roman neighborhood, offering visitors a true taste of local life in the Eternal City.
The hotel’s location in the Trieste district provides guests with a refreshing retreat from the tourist crowds while maintaining convenient access to Rome’s treasures. Just a short distance from Villa Ada, Rome’s second-largest public park, visitors can enjoy morning strolls through lush greenery before venturing into the city. The prestigious Villa Torlonia and its fascinating museums are also nearby, showcasing magnificent architecture and beautifully landscaped gardens. Public transportation options are plentiful, with several bus lines serving the area and the Bologna metro station reachable within a pleasant walk, connecting guests to the historic center, Vatican City, and other major attractions in approximately 20 minutes. The upscale Corso Trieste shopping avenue offers elegant boutiques and cafés, while the nearby Coppedè quarter presents a unique architectural marvel worth exploring. The hotel’s position in a predominantly residential area means guests can discover authentic Roman eateries, local markets, and neighborhood cafés where Romans themselves dine and socialize, providing a more immersive cultural experience than what’s typically found in the tourist-heavy historic center.
What sets La Casa Di Rosa apart, as reflected in its exceptional 9.2 rating, is the perfect combination of comfortable accommodations, attentive service, and genuine Italian hospitality. True to its name, which translates to “Rosa’s House,” the hotel offers a warm, homely atmosphere where guests quickly feel like welcome members of an extended Italian family rather than anonymous tourists. The meticulously maintained rooms feature tasteful décor that blends traditional Roman elements with modern comforts, ensuring a restful retreat after days spent exploring the city. Previous guests consistently praise the immaculate cleanliness, the helpful multilingual staff who eagerly share insider tips on experiencing Rome like a local, and the attention to detail that elevates this 3-star establishment to rival the experience of many higher-rated properties. Morning breakfasts, featuring fresh local pastries and excellent Italian coffee, have earned particular commendation, providing the perfect fuel for days of Roman adventures. For travelers seeking an authentic, high-quality Roman experience without the premium prices of centro storico accommodations, La Casa Di Rosa stands as an ideal choice, offering a genuine slice of Roman life alongside exceptional value and service excellence that has earned the loyalty of returning guests year after year.

First of all, I liked the flexibility of the apartment owner. I have never interacted with such a flexible person who would help so much. Our flight was delayed, and we checked in around 5 AM without any problems. The apartment smelled nice and was clean from the moment we walked in. The beds were prepared for sleep, and everything we needed was there! If anyone wants to stay just outside the city center for a really good price, I especially recommend it because of the owner’s flexibility.

Przepiękny apartament, w spokojnej, cichej, eleganckiej dzielnicy.
