You know what struck me first about Heavenly Trevi? It’s actually on this quiet residential street that feels worlds away from the tourist chaos, even though you’re literally a five-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain. Via del Boccaccio is one of those Roman streets that locals use as a shortcut – tree-lined, with those beautiful old buildings that have character in every crack and weathered stone detail.

The apartment itself is honestly impressive for Rome standards. I mean, space is premium here, but this place doesn’t feel cramped at all. The ceilings are high (typical Roman palazzo style), and there’s this gorgeous natural light that streams in during the morning hours. The furnishings hit that sweet spot between luxury and livability – you’re not afraid to actually use the sofa or put your coffee cup down on the table. What really got me though was the attention to small details. The bathroom has this rainfall shower that actually has decent water pressure (if you’ve stayed in Rome before, you know this is basically a miracle), and the kitchen is equipped well enough that you could cook a proper meal if you wanted to skip the restaurants one night.

Location-wise, it’s sort of perfect for people who want to be in the thick of things but still have a peaceful base. You can walk to the Pantheon in about eight minutes, and the Spanish Steps are maybe twelve minutes if you take the scenic route through the narrow streets. But here’s the thing locals know – if you head down toward Via del Corso for shopping or dining, you’re walking downhill, which means the trek back up with shopping bags or after a long dinner can be a bit of a workout. Not terrible, just worth mentioning. The neighborhood has this authentic Roman residential feel in the evenings when the day-trippers clear out. There’s a little alimentari (corner shop) about two blocks away where the owner, this older gentleman, will help you pick out wine and actually knows what he’s talking about. Parking is pretty much impossible on the street, but there’s a garage about ten minutes away if you’re brave enough to drive in Rome – honestly though, you won’t need a car from this location. The 9 rating makes total sense when you factor in the quiet nights (surprisingly little street noise for central Rome), the genuinely helpful management, and the fact that you’re getting hotel-quality comfort in a space that feels like a real Roman apartment rather than a sterile hotel room.

  The location is fantastic, very handy for the sights and everything you could need on your doorstep. The beds were comfortable, it was very clean, aircon works well. The management company were very responsive and helpful. Washing machine was very useful. Its disadvantages lessened in our minds throughout the day as they were very much outnumbered by its advantages.
  
  What could be improved: It’s a bit stark. Outlook from all windows is onto not very attractive inner courtyards. Could have done with some voile covering bedroom windows (there are shutters for privacy but then it’s dark).

  Great location near Trevi Fountain, with easy access to all major attractions. The Colosseum and Vatican require a bit more walking, but still manageable. The apartment has an elevator and two bathrooms, which adds to the convenience.
  
  What could be improved: Cleanliness was an issue – we found a lot of dust and even some garbage, like eaten cookies under the bed.
  
  In the evening, we lost hot water and was left with only cold, even had to wash kids with very cold water. I informed the hosts, but they didn’t solve the problem or send a plumber. Instead, they told me to find the gas heater in balcony and fix it myself. Since I’m a mechanic, I managed to do it, but that shouldn’t be my job while on vacation.
  
  Additionally, one of the radiators in the living room was leaking water onto the floor, and I had to fix that too. Overall, I was disappointed that the hosts didn’t take responsibility for solving these issues.

  Location, location, location! The ease of getting into the building and a code on the door. No keys to worry about.
  
  What could be improved: I didn’t like that it took us a day to figure out where the washer was. It was located on the balcony and the host who is a management company kept telling me it had to be in the kitchen or bathroom. I started thinking they were telling me I needed to wash clothes in the sinks or bidet. Also the hall lights were in the on motion sensors which were ultra sensitive and very annoying.

  위치가 트레비분수에서 도보로 10분정도위치.
  방 2개 화장실 2개로 깨끗. (새로 리노베이션을 해서 오래된 건물이지만 실내는 깨끗했다.) 체크인은 문자로 안내 받는다. 접근하기 쉽고, 열쇠가 아니라 편리했다. 호스트는 질문에 빠르게 답해줘서 불편한 것이 없었다. 숙소 바로 옆에 미니마켓이 있어 물을 사는데 불편하지 않았고 길건너 도보 5분거리에 까르푸가 있다. 방은 따뜻했고, 주방에는 간단한 조리도구가 있었다. 냉장고가 작긴하지만, 간단한 음료를 넣기에 충분했다. 주택가에 위치하여 밤에 조용히 숙면을 취할 수 있었다. 게다가 아주 작지만 엘레베이터도 있다.
  우리는 로마에 다시 온다면 이곳에 다시 묵을것이다. 고마워.

  Идеальное местоположение!!! Все в шаговой доступности. Отзывчивый персонал. Хорошие апартаменты за свои деньги. Мы были на Новогодних праздниках – в апартаментах было довольно тепло.

  Изключително любезни домакини, които дори ни настаниха по – рано, понеже бяхме с възрастните си родители.
  Локацията на апартамента е на пешеходно разстояние от Фонтана Ди Треви, Испанските стълби, площад Венеция, където се намира паметника на Виторио Емануеле, Колизеума и много други.
  Автобусната спирка до Ватикана е на 2 мин разстояние.
  Апартамента беше изключително чист, кухнята е оборудвана с всичко необходимо, спалните са изключително удобни, баните просторни и чисти.
  Бихме се върнали отново там. Благодарим на прекрасния персонал!
  
  What could be improved: Имаше две неща, които ми липсваха и това беше кафемашина ( но за сметка на това, в кафенето на ъгъла, правиха страхотно капучино) и кухненски нож( може и да не съм го видяла)
