Francesco, our host, was truly amazing and very welcoming.
Always with a smile on his face, he showed us how everything worked and provided us with a list of recommendations of places to eat.

Staff very friendly, helpful and easy to contact. Gave recommendations for places to visit and helped me avoid getting scammed by high prices for tourists! Room was comfy and clean.

Best rating for this accommodation! The host is a very friendly person who keeps his two double rooms in a clean and cosy condition. The rooms are modern and bright with clean bathrooms. The quiet location near the Vatican makes it an ideal base for exploring Rome.
I would stay there again at any time. I am also particularly grateful for the written information in the kitchen set up for guests that the tap water is drinking quality, which saves you having to buy many a plastic bottle…Pedro from Norway (10/10)
We had a wonderful stay in Rome! Francesco was incredibly nice:)
His passion for Rome and its rich history truly shone through, and he shared some great insights.
Communication was easy and responsive, which made the entire experience seamless. The accommodation itself was simple, comfortable, and perfectly located, making it easy to explore the city. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, somehow you are away from the tourist crowd which can be overwhelming. It's an authentic local neighbourhood and gastronomically there are a few gems around, Giacomelli Hosteria being one of them:)
Thank you Francesco and good luck to your beloved Roma!Pedro from Norway (10/10)

It's not in the city center, so it was quiet at night and gave me the opportunity to explore Rome's local neighborhoods. 15 mins walk to the Vatican Museums, 20 mins by subway to Termini, and 30 minutes to the Colosseum. Plenty of restaurants around and of course cheaper than the touristy areas. Francesco is an excellent host, very easy to communicate and responded quickly. Would definitely stay here again next time in Rome.

The accommodation is located very close to the Vatican, in a beautiful building with great historical value. The room is part of a small but very comfortable flat. Francesco is an excellent host, very friendly and communicative. It's about a 5-10 minute walk from the metro, with lots of restaurants nearby. I recommend it! 😊

Superbly clean room and cleaned every day. For a small room it felt very comfy (and if you need more space for a while, you can sit in the common room). Big wardrobe with a safe. A basic kitchen with a fridge in the common room. Very nice and really helpful host. Pleasant, quiet and safe house and the whole neighborhood. Breakfast at a nearby cafe (3 min. walk) served already from 7 am. Many good restaurants, shops and bakeries nearby + the host provides a list of recommended restaurants nearby and in the historic centre (I tried 3 – all were great). Walk to metro station less than 10 minutes – walking felt safe even after dark at 9 pm.

Beautiful room and very well located, close to the metro station. Francisco is an owner who responds quickly and gave me recommendations for delicious restaurants. Super clean, welcoming, parking nearby. I recommend it to everyone and I will definitely be back!
