Paolo is a super host, very kind and so welcoming! He made us feel home even away from home 🙂
The house was very clean and in a very good location !Jill from United Kingdom (8/10)
Great location in a neighbourhood we hadn't visited before. The couple managing the property was delightful and the place was immaculately clean.

The apartment is on the 9th floor. Assessed via a very small lift.
A very nice room with a lovely balcony with far reaching views toward the city centre. However, the one shock which we had was that the room is NOT ensuite. We had our own bathroom (we were the only guests on the night of our stay) but it was across a common hallway. The bathroom was fine, but be aware of this fact and make sure you have a bathrobe or similar with you!
There is a well equipped communal kitchen with a fridge/freezer and tea/coffee facilities.
The bed was confortable and the hosts are very welcoming. Next door (ground floor) is a great restaurant (Casa del Gusto).
The bus stops outside the apartment (Flaminia/Fracassini)Harry from Italy (10/10)
Excellent place for my overnight stay in Rome. Staff very accommodating and easy to contact (I arrived earlier than agreed, but they let me check in anyway), spotlessly clean and comfortable, amazing view from 9th floor (don't worry, there is a lift…) and a quiet room despite its location off a busy road. Very good trattoria on the ground floor, as well. I was here for a concert at the nearby Auditorium (10 mins walk), but it's very easy to reach Piazza del Popolo from here, too (on foot 20 mins or bus).
I would happily stay here again.Noel from Malta (9/10)
I attended a concert at the auditorium parco della musica and I would say that Guest House Vignola was exceptionally near the location.
A very quiet and nice area with good restaurants as well. Connected with public transport which will take around 15mins from city centre.Charlotte from United Kingdom (10/10)
The room was incredibly clean and comfortable the bed was firm and really helped me feel rested after a long day of being on my feet. The design of the room is thoughtful also with electronic shutters for the window, plug sockets beside the bed and great light switches! Loads of space and storage. You’re also able to lock the room for security. The shower has great water pressure and I was able to feel refreshed every day. Free coffee and tea was also hugely appreciated. Additionally I loved operating the older style elevator to get in and out of the guesthouse everyday. The space and cleanliness is better than some of the hotels nearby!
Hugely thankful for Paolo for arranging a last minute late check-in due to flight delays also.
If you’re okay with walking this is also a good location to explore Rome by foot and lots of connections with trams and buses too. Lots of lovely local restaurants and cafes in the area. Very kind and friendly folks in the surrounding businesses. I loved picking up some Italian and trying to order food but everyone was very kind and accommodating when I had to use English.Wojciech from Poland (10/10)
Beautiful views of the area from the 9th floor, stylish lift, well-equipped kitchen, tidy, easy to contact hosts.

The hosts are very, very kind, the place is perfect. If we go to Rome again we'll book the same place. Extremely clean rooms, new comfortable furniture, coffee, tea and water included. Perfect bathroom and WiFi signal. A pleasant site at the 9th floor. Thank you, dear Paolo and Daniela!
Zoe from Greece (10/10)
The hosts were excellent and the room was sparkling clean. The room was also equipped with everything we needed for our stay and the bed is probably the most comfortable mattress/pillows I’ve ever slept on. The location is pretty convenient, the 201 bus will bring you right next to the house from near the Trevi fountain, take advantage of it instead of taxis that can get pretty pricey with traffic.
Emile from Belgium (10/10)
Very Clean. The room, just like the apartment, was comfortable. Great location away from tourist craze, but very well connected with tram, bus and metro. Paolo was amazing and went out of his way to greet us outside or regular check-in hours, which we missed due to our flight being delayed.
