  Location being able to have a tea and coffee before going out to see the sites of Rome. Place was very quiet, near a laundromat, good restaurants, and a taxi stand.

  Valentina was super responsive, she sent the self check in information and checked I have arrived safely. She provided useful information when I asked. She was flexible with check in and check out. We were so close to St Peter, which was super convenient for early mass at St Peter and being early passing the Holy Door. You can make yourself tea/coffee and use the kitchen.

  everything was great. Staff is atentious and carefull with our belongings, I forgot my cellphone there and when I got back,it was exactly where I left.

  The apartment is located on the 4th floor, but there is an elevator. Spacious living room with kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Clean and cozy. Very good communication with the host of the apartment. We asked if there was a chance to leave our luggage earlier than the check-in time, and we got this opportunity. When we come to Rome again, we would gladly rent this place.

  Impeccably clean, cozy, and renovated, offering all the necessary amenities. The friendly staff went above and beyond by accommodating us three hours before check-in. Conveniently located near the Vatican and close to bus stops for easy access to the city center. We highly recommend it!

  The room was clean. There was an elevator to reach the hotel. The air-conditioner was working really well which provided enough heat to the room during winter. The heat insulation between the room and the outside area was good. It was close to Vatican City and there were several bus routes available downstairs.

  We enjoyed our stay at Fornaci Guest House! Place was simple, but very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed! Cute balcony, sweet goodies, nice coffee, Valentina was very helpful and nice host. Location was perfect for us, away from hussle, but close to all places we wanted visit. Would definately recommend!

  Location is perfect! Close to Vatican, literally only 5 mins walk. Laundry, carrefour, restaurant is close to the place. Bus stop is just 1 min from the guest house is really plus point. There's only 1 bus and direct to Termini station. Also bring you go to major places.
  
  Pantry with microwave is plus point. Also they give us a box of chocolate for Christmas present. So sweet of the team! Unlimited cookies & cakes, coffee, hot chocolate in the pantry area also provided.
  
  Room is abit cramp for 4 people but it doesn't matter for us. Valentina so nice and easy to contact. Thank you!
