  Beautiful, clean and sustainable apartment close to the Vatican. The host was very kind and gave us great recommendations about places to visit, restaurants and traditional food. The breakfast was good and the coffee was amazing. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay at Rome!

  Location is superb and the room nice. Definately would stay here next time. Vatican is two houses by, the central district of Rome at a beautifull walking distance. House itself is on a pedestrian street full of small shops, so quiet aswell.

  This accommodation was perfect. The building is historic and an authentic experience in Rome. Prati was very safe and quiet after dark. There is an elevator that quickly takes you up to the B&B. When I arrived, I was greeted by the owner Chiara who was happy to let me store my bags ahead of check-in. She provided an amazing overview of Rome, recommended restaurants, locations of interest, and transportation options. The room was cleaned daily and restored to it's status at check-in. Breakfast was robust by Italian standards, with yogurt, cereals, pastries, and coffee available. The room was large and the bathroom was very clean. I highly recommend staying at Folia and will book here again in the future!
